How to go to Phoenix Ski resort from Seoul

According to the Phoenix resort. 

there are 3 ways to go to Phoenix resort, if you are using public transportation 

 

1.  Using KTX 

 

you can use KTX train to arrive at KTX  Pyeongchang Station , from the station Phoenix resort offers free shuttle bus to their resort from KTX Pyeongchang station.

And after you arrive to Pyeongchang KTX station, you can use their shuttle bus according to their time table. 

it is pretty much matched with KTX train time table. you can check at their website. (below is the example, you should refer to the time table at their website)

It does not tell you specifically where the pick up or drop off places in english website but It shows the pick up place as below in korean website.

2. Using private company's shuttle bus. 

 

휘닉스평창셔틀버스(수도권)

 

 

There is a shuttle bus company which runs from a lot of places in Seoul to Pyeonchang resort directly. 

you can refer to their website but there was no pickup place from ITAEWON and you need to move to another subway station anyway. and the webistes are available only in Korean. 

 

 

 

3. Using Public transportation Bus. (Intercity Bus) 

 

There is also public transportation bus , it says you can go to Jangpyeong Terminal from Dongseoul Terminal. 

and in Dongseoul Terminal, there is also free shuttle bus from Dongseoul terminal to the resort.

The price is cheaper than KTX. and I am not sure if there is any other bus stations going to Jangpyeong Terminal ,

but you have to move to Dongseoul terminal from Seoul using subway.

there is 2 webistes for booking intercity buses but tmoney website doesnt allow you to pay with international credit cards.

KTX is little pricy than the bus. but I think it is more fast and comfortable, The bus might be going through a lot of stations.
